      Paratextual Spaces: Exploring the Literary Relationality of Epigraphs on Pages and Screens

      Join us for an informal presentation of the Epigraph Project, a year-long research program conducted by the Digital Experiments group. In the presentation, members of the group will demonstrate how epigraphs function as sites for tracking different notions of literary influence and affiliation, using a corpus of late eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century novels. The event will also feature an open discussion of the questions of methodology, collaboration, and interdisciplinarity raised by the Epigraph Project.
