• Course code
• Title
• Instructor
• Semester and year taught

* For courses repeated across time please follow the following guidelines:

1) If the course content and description and instructor are the same, copy the information from the previous time taught and paste to the most recent semester of teaching. For the semester and year taught, include all previous iterations, e.g. “(Spring 2011, Fall 2013)”

2) If the course has changed substantially, simply create a new entry. If there is any doubt, create a new entry.
