Amy Papaelias is an Assistant Professor in the Graphic Design program at the State University of New York at New Paltz. Her research explores expressive typography in screen environments and design methodologies in the digital humanities. She is the lead visual designer for Serendip-o-matic, the serendipitous search engine developed during the NEH-funded One Week | One Tool: A Digital Humanities Barn Raising at CHNM (2013)
