Current work includes creating “alphabets” (collections of words) to further the study of American handwriting. Work on manuscripts from Winterthur Library, James Madison, and Herman Melville is ongoing.

The projects now underway are made possible by software developed by my nephew, Ethan Kaminski, who has helped me create tools useful for paleographers and others working with manuscripts.
