Bio | Sarah Zarrow is a Ph.D. candidate at New York University, in the joint program of the Skirball Department of Hebrew & Judaic Studies and the History Department. She concentrates on modern European Jewish history, with a particular focus on Jews in Eastern and Central Europe and on cultural and linguistic practices. Sarah’s dissertation examines the social role of ethnographic documentation and museums for Jews in interwar Poland (1918-1939). |
