DHWeek Spring 2016
February 8-12
DHWeek Spring 2016 is a week-long celebration of all things digital humanities in New York City, hosted by NYCDH. Join us for this inaugural five-day event, packed with workshops, networking sessions, a NYCDH community meeting, and social events, scheduled to take place at institutions across the city! All skill levels welcome, including newcomers to DH.
The kick-off event for DHWeek Spring 2016 takes place on Tuesday, February 9, at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus. The afternoon of networking, lightning talks, a DH roundtable, and a keynote speaker will be followed by a social outing at a local watering hole follows.
Throughout the week, the following institutions will host a wide-range of workshops: Bard Graduate Center, Columbia University, CUNY Graduate Center, Fordham University, New York Public Library, NYU, Pratt Institute, Rhizome, and more. We are still looking for workshop proposals from our NYCDH community. Graduate, students, librarian, museum workers, independent scholars, tech companies are welcome to become part of our programming.
