This workshop will introduce the Twitter API, a way of programmatically interacting with the Twitter platform, and will place a particular emphasis on gathering data for textual, sociological, or linguistic analysis. Some knowledge of Python will be helpful, but is not strictly necessary. This workshop will be led by GC Digital Fellows Patrick Smyth and Jennifer Tang.
