Gender Studies at The New School will launch its Feminist Technologies event series with two fabulous talks and a conversation with Radhika Gajjala and Jessie Daniels.
Tuesday, November 4th at 6:00 p.m.
Wolff Conference Room
6 East 16th Street, Room 1103
In their discussion of today’s cyberfeminist praxes, Professors Jessie Daniels and Radhika Gajjala bring together critical race, digital labor, and feminist media analyses to weave new conceptual frames through which to study the vibrant, and often misrepresented, cultures of online feminist work, creative activity and politics. Join us for a dialogue and conversation with the speakers.
This event is free and open to the public. A wine and cheese reception will follow.
