Dear NYCDH,

I’m writing with info about the spring continuation of the series: Digital Forays in Middle Eastern Studies <https://as.nyu.edu/neareaststudies/events/digital-forays-.html>.
These events are conversational, on zoom, and open to the public. They are also designed as possible asynchronous material for teaching – so if the topics overlap with your own classes, please feel free to invite your students and join.
The final event (LIGHTNING TALKS FROM JUNIOR SCHOLARS – April 29th) has an open call <http://bit.ly/LIGHTNINGTALKS429> for PhD Candidates/junior scholars to present developing parts of their digital scholarship (product and process). There is also a $200 honorarium.

Below is a list of events & attached is a poster (with clickable links) + the poster for the CFP in the Lightning Talks.
Please share with anyone who might be interested and I’m happy to be in touch if anyone wants to connect.
Jared
